Returns & Refunds

Due to the nature of personalized and hand-made jewelry, I cannot accept returns. In the event that your item arrives incorrect or damaged, with the problem being my error, I will gladly correct it. I will not, however, replace an item if you submit the personalization information incorrectly.

Each personalized keepsake is as unique as you are, and is hand-crafted with love and care by jewelry designer Kara M. Grayson using the delicate method of hand-stamping or laser engraving - depending on the product you purchase.

With hand-stamping, the characters are imprinted into metal uses custom-made individual letter, number, and symbol stamps, that are lined up one at a time, and struck with a soft mallet, leaving a deep impression that is then filled in with an ink. Due to this process, each and every item is unique and no two will be the same, and everything may not be 100% perfectly lined up.
