Shipping policy

Standard shipping times are 7-14 business days. A business day is classified as Monday-Friday. While we try to ship items within one week of purchasing, at peak shopping holidays (Valentines Day, Mothers Day, Memorial Day and Christmas), shipping times may be delayed. Standard shipping is USPS Ground Advantage which takes 4-7 days transit time, however faster shipping upgrades are available.

Designs by KaraMarie is not responsible for packages that are marked delivered, and you state you haven't received them. In the event of this happening, I recommend you go in person to your local post office to have them assist you in finding the package and/or check with your neighbors.
